great stay but check-in needs work
The room I stayed in was truly a tranquil retreat, with everything I needed for comfort. The hotel’s exceptional location allowed easy access to the MRT and nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking landmark view that enhanced my mornings, making them feel special.
The check-in process was frustrating and slow, which dampened the start of my stay.

The check-in process needs a serious overhaul!!! Encountering a room already occupied was more than alarming. The gym lacks equipment variety and warmth. a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber!!!

A cozy stay in the city!
The room was super stylish, loved the leather accents and plenty of USB ports. The pool deck view was fab, perfect for sunset vibes. Breakfast was killer, with tons of choices. Only minor issue was the bathroom sound isolation, kinda awkward if sharing a room. Still, a solid spot to chill in the heart of the city!

I really appreciated the professional demeanor of the staff at Sofitel. They managed our last-minute cancellation flawlessly without any penalty, which speaks volumes about their customer service. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the MRT. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the check-in process was quite disappointing. I opened the door to an occupied room late at night, which was quite alarming. The gym felt inadequate. it was a bit too small and cold, and the available equipment didn't meet my expectations. Breakfast options were fairly average. I expected a broader selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats given the hotel's high rating. While I enjoyed the nice room size, some amenities like shower caps needed to be requested rather than being readily available. These aspects were frustrating but didn't overshadow the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space.
